Dr. Charles King
INDUSTRY CONSULTANT
Dr. Charles King, an independent network marketing industry consultant, supports the Drink A.C.T.™ Management Team in the broad areas of strategic marketing planning, competitive market positioning, sales and marketing strategy and distributor education. Dr. King is also Professor of Marketing at the University of Illinois at Chicago and conducts educational seminars for network distributors worldwide.
Scott McKnight
CO-FOUNDER
Scott has worked for more than 30 years in the direct sales and natural products industries. A past EVP and COO at Fuller Brush Company, he has overseen growth and expansion throughout the world. Scott was a founder of the International Aloe Science Council and has served on the boards of the Direct Selling Association, the Medical Examiner’s Board and Kansas State University’s school of Business. Scott has spoken as a natural products industry expert to more than 50,000 sales people (collectively) in at least 10 different countries.
Dr. Joel Wallach BS DVM ND
CO-FOUNDER (Author of "Dead Doctors Don't Lie")
Dr. Wallach has been involved in bio-medical research for over 40 years, receiving his Bachelors of Science degree in 1962 from the University of Missouri (major in Animal Husbandry, minor in Field Crops & Soil). In 1964 Dr. Wallach received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from the University of Missouri. He has written more than 70 scientific papers, as well as six books including "Diseases of Exotic Animals" (a 1200 page Veterinary text book). More about Dr. Wallach »
Dr. Wallach also received his ND degree (Naturopathic Medicine) in 1982 and he has been licensed in Oregon for more than Twenty Years.
Dr. Wallach has worked for many Zoo's and Universities across the country and he even worked with Mutual of Omaha's Marlin Perkins at the St. Louis Zoo.
Dr. Wallach achieved the prestigious Rank of Eagle Scout as a Boy Scout and Dr. Wallach still supports the Boy Scouts today and he established and supported a local Cub Scout group in San Diego. Dr. Wallach now dedicates his time to lecturing on the benefits of Nutrition around the World and works to lobby the US government on behalf of the Supplement Industry, and he is dedicated to making better nutrition available to the public. Dr. Wallach is a member of the California Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
Mark McKnight
PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Mark McKnight has been involved in the health & beauty industry for over 15 years. Having lived in Texas most of his life, Mark's natural products career began in sales and eventually evolved into the development, formulation, and manufacturing aspects of the industry. Mark has served as an executive and stakeholder in multiple manufacturing companies which, combined, have manufactured up to $2 billion dollars of health & beauty products. More about Mark »
Mark has personally been involved in the formulation, development, and manufacturing of hundreds of health and beauty products.
Manufacturing operations under Mark's leadership have been repeatedly audited by independent agencies and laboratories to review quality procedures. On its most recent audit by Silliker Laboratories, one manufacturing operation scored a 97% for its Good Manufacturing Practices and its Quality Control procedures. Silliker is a leading international network of accredited testing laboratories serving the food processing, retail, food service, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
Mark has lived most of his life in the Dallas, Texas area. Mark attended Brigham Young University, where he studied Economics and Comparative Literature. Mark is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Steve Wallach

With over 15 years of sales and network marketing experience, Steve Wallach has successfully guided the company through mergers and acquisitions, various battles with the FDA and the daily challenges of running a corporation. Sharing his father's passion for access to true and accurate health information, Steve spearheads their parent companies ongoing battle against the FDA's censorship of nutritional information. He is a frequent talk radio program guest and speaks eloquently about our mission to get information into the hands of the general public, allowing them to make informed healthcare decisions.
Steve's business philosophy reflects his strong belief that passion should be the driving force behind any organization, with flexibility and efficiency being key elements along the road to success in the business world. Having assembled a dynamically talented and experienced management team, along with a solid infrastructure, Steve has positioned the company for steady growth both domestically and internationally.
Michelle Wallach
MANAGER
Michelle G. Wallach, Manager at ACT since its inception, has a vast background as a Network Marketing Professional. Her experience in the arena includes 10+ years in distributor management. Michelle's interest in Network Marketing began while living in Portland, Oregon in 1991, where she embarked on a part-time nutritional health-product distributorship, eventually committing to full-time distributorship in 1994. In 1996,Michelle moved to San Diego with the vision to grow her business and capitalize on untapped resources in the health and nutrition industry. One year later, Michelle, along with the Wallach family, made the decision to launch their own network marketing nutritional-product based company.
Michelle proudly serves on the management team; assists in promotion, convention and event planning, national and international training meetings and product development at ACT.
An avid Cub Scout Leader, Michelle has been married to Steve Wallach since June of 1991. Together, they have three sons, Jonathon, Zachary, and Andrew, along with two loveable English Bulldogs, Scooter & Lola!
John DeHart

Over the last 12 years John has helped launch several successful network marketing companies. The range of John’s contributions included the successful development and implementation of recruiting & “drip” training systems. In addition, he created several different online and offline distributor marketing and lead generation tools for both “Top Down and “Bottom up” marketing campaigns.
In addition to personal achievement, John excels at helping other people achieve personal and financial success. As a goal oriented person, he has always had a strong drive to accomplish his own personal and business goals and continually helps others around him work toward setting and achieving their own goals. Simply put John helps others around him perform at their maximum potential.
John resides in Sandy, UT with wife Cindy and daughter Sierra where they share their lives with two horses, Diamond and Sabanna, two dogs, Skye and Charlie and a cat named KC (short for Kitty Cat). John believes in freely giving what was given to him so he volunteers his time as the head coach for Pride wrestling club located in Sandy, Utah. The club is dedicated to training young men and women in the sport of wrestling. The club consistently produces junior state and national champions.
Wiley Hurt
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
With over a decade of award-winning service at the company, Wiley Hurt continues to develop innovative solutions to help manage the company's tremendous growth. "It's my job to make sure everyone can do theirs." His problem solving skills and "never give up" attitude continue to grow ACT's size and multinational stature. In August of 2001 he was promoted to the Chief Information Officers position where he maximized the company's "uptime" by building a reliable and fast network which would serve Youngevity Worldwide. He received the prestigious "Citation of Excellence" award as CIO. In January 2003 he was promoted to the Chief Operating Officer and he established the Australian and New Zealand Offices.
Wiley oversees the daily worldwide operations for the USA, Canada, South Africa, Japan, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
Wiley is also very active among local service and community organizations. He has served as a leadership role model for the Boy Scouts of Troop 2001, in Chula Vista, as their Scout Master for the last seven years. He has produced 8 Eagle Scouts thus far. Wiley says, "I believe in character development and values-based leadership training that will help our young people in citizenship, service, and leadership" He furthermore believes in helping those in need. In doing so, he donates several hours of his time every year to help with various community service projects.
Vanessa Hunter
VICE-PRESIDENT, MARKETING & P.R.
With over 15 years of operations, sales, customer service, public relations, advertising and network marketing experience, Vanessa brings a vast array of dynamic talents to the team. She is resourceful, creative, and enthusiastic, with the ability to quickly gather and analyze data and make sound procedural decisions. Vanessa has served as both Director of Product Development and Director of Publications in her former company—a position which allowed her to develop a full line of natural personal care products and develop the marketing campaign and collateral materials used to successfully introduce the products on national television.
In addition to administering the marketing and public relations team, Vanessa is responsible for all aspects of labelling, printed materials and product development and is a member of the Special Events Committee. She also provides ongoing support, training, guidance and leadership to the distributor base.
A strong believer in community service, Vanessa volunteers as a cheer coach and founded the Pop Warner Cheer program in her community, where she continues to serve on the Board of Directors. She and her husband Brad have two daughters; Tiffany and Ashley, and two adorable puppies, Oliver and Baily.
Chris Nelson, CPA
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Chris Nelson is a CPA in good standing with the state of California and has over 15 years of financial leadership experience developed at KPMG LLP, Intuit Inc., and City of San Diego. Mr. Nelson received his MBA and Master’s Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University. Prior to joining DrinkACT®, Chris served as the CFO of VOCEL, Inc. where he was honored as one of the finalists for CFO of the Year (2009) in the greater San Diego area. Chris led the legal FDA approval of a mobile technology at VOCEL called The Pill Phone™.
Jonnie Taylor
OFFICE MANAGER
With field experience as a Distributor, Jonnie brings many talents to the team, including an understanding of the challenges of business building from a distributor perspective. Her excellent communication and business development skills provide strong leadership for the Customer Service. Jonnie is responsible for all aspects of Customer Service including goal setting, motivation, incentive programs to ensure productivity, order processing and downline management. More about Jonnie »

Jonnie is currently enrolled in the Dietary and Nutrition Program at a local college to further her education and understanding of the human body and the impact of supplementation.
